2017 MCAA FALL BASEBALL MINI-CAMP

Who Can Attend: 10U & 12U Baseball Players

Where:  McGee’s Middle School

When: AUG 11 6pm – 8:30pm, AUG 12 8am – 12pm

Cost: FREE

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: send an email to sam@gomcaa.com  with SUBJECT: REGISTER or a TEXT to 919-793-4599 with the following information:

·         Name of Child (also include parent’s name)

·         Age of Child

·         Position(s) played or is most comfortable playing

·         Will your child be attending both days?

 

This mini-camp is brought to you by a group of volunteer coaches and parents.  This camp is intended to work on Basic Skills for Hitting, Pitching and Fielding.  If your baseball player qualifies for 10U and 12U baseball this 2017/2018 fall and spring baseball seasons then please register for this camp.  We can’t have a successful camp without participation, so please register as soon as possible.  There will be a scrimmage to finish off the last day of camp in order to put the fundamentals to use in a real game feel and show off the skills learned to each parent that has graciously allowed their ball player to participate.  This camp will also get your child in the right mindset to enter into the Fall Ball season.  It is very important that your child is able to attend both days of camp but it is not required.

What Your Child Needs To Bring:

                Helmet, Bat, Gloves, Catching Gear(if applicable), Water Bottle and a GREAT ATTITUDE!

Please Register as soon as possible in order to allow the Volunteer Coaches and Parents enough time to make sure there is enough support and structure for this camp to be as successful as possible.  We can’t do this without you letting us instruct your child.  Hope to see everyone on Aug 11 and 12. 

PARENTS: On Saturday there will be a scrimmage (if enough participants are available) to apply the skills and fundamentals that have been taught.  Please come out approx 10:30 on the 12th in support.
